Drake and 21 Savage are going on tour, the dates are here!
The It’s All a Blur tour will kick off on June 16 in New Orleans
For their fans, Drake and 21 Savage are “doing something”!
The “Take Care” rapper, 36, revealed on Monday that he will be joining 21 Savage on the It’s All a Blur tour. They will both be performing songs from their joint album Her Loss.
On June 16, the 29-date tour will begin in New Orleans and visit significant cities including Chicago, Boston, New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. Additionally, it will be Drake’s first tour since Aubrey & the Three Migos in 2018. He has since released four albums, the most recent of which, 30 featuring 21 Savage, was released.
Tickets will be available for presale beginning on Wednesday while the general sale will begin on Friday on drakerelated.com.
On Instagram, Drake shared a nostalgic montage video of his life and career over the years as he announced the tour.
During the music video for their hit single “Jimmy Cooks,” 21 Savage and Drake revealed their joint album Her Loss.
There were 16 songs on the album, including their hit “Rich Flex.” Rapper Megan Thee Stallion was also the subject of controversy surrounding the album when it appeared that they were accusing her of lying about receiving a gunshot wound to the foot in the song “Circo Loco.”
Together, Drake and 21 Savage have collaborated on songs for a very long time. Along with “Jimmy Cooks” from Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind album from 2022, the duo also released “Knife Talk” from Certified Lover Boy, which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The pair previously participated in the first live performance of “Jimmy Cooks” at a concert for Morehouse and Spelman colleges’ homecomings concert for colleges Morehouse and Spelman in October. The Atlanta hometown show for 21 Savage ended up becoming the perfect setting for a Drake cameo, as the two also played “Knife Talk,” with Drake sharing a performance of his hit, “Nonstop.”
