Jeremy Renner is “in critical but stable condition” after a snow plow accident, his agent has told the media.
The Marvel actor, 51, sustained injuries “after experiencing a weather-related accident while plowing snow earlier today,” his rep said Sunday. “His family is with him and he is receiving excellent care.” Deadline was the first to report the news of his accident.
Renner is most recognized for his role as Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which began with Thor (2011) and The Avengers (2012). (2012). He was most recently seen as Hawkeye in the Disney+ series. Renner received Academy Award nominations for his roles in The Hurt Locker (2008) and The Town (2010). (2010). Renner and his ex-wife Sonni Pacheco have a daughter named Ava Berlin, who is nine years old.
Renner paid a touching homage to his daughter on her ninth birthday in March 2022. The actor shared a flashback photo of himself cuddling Ava as a newborn on Instagram, gently naming her his number one.
